General terms
I will only be taking 3 commissions at a time.I require at least one reference of the character(s) you want drawn.A form to be filled out will be provided.I am okay with trying to replicate a show's style, but I absolutely will not copy another artist's style.
I do not allow anyone to copy and/or profit off of my style and/or work. It is strictly prohibited and will have consequences.Unless stated otherwise, I am allowed to post commissions on my social media accounts and use them to advertise for myself.The commissioner may post their commissions as well as long as proper credit is given.Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned artwork for none fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with none fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
Payment and Prices
My prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.
I am allowed to decline a commission for any reason.I only take PayPal, therefore my prices are all in Euro (€).
Remember that currencies do not have the exact same worth:Paying 15 € in USD would roughly be 17 USD.Payment will be done via Paypal invoices.First half of the payment will be sent before the commission gets started.
I will send a screenshot of the finished piece before receiving the final payment. After the payment has been received you will obtain the image in full res.Note that the invoice will say this under terms and conditions: This invoice is for digital goods and/ or services. No shipping required. If Paypal ever asks if you have received what you paid for, please tell them "yes" even if you haven't yet, as it is a digital good and not physical.
This is simply for safety reason so that Paypal will not identify me as a scammer since they cannot track any physical items.
Refund policy
The refund amount depends on the progress of the commission.not started/ barely started - full refund
Sketch - half refund of the first payment
Lineart and anything afterwards - No refund of the first paymentI am allowed to cancel the commission mid process.
You will recieve the refund and all image files that have been made before the refund.
Process and changes
Once I start working on your commission, I will send you some thumbnails (small, rough sketches) to see which one is most appealing to you, apply the wanted changes, and get started more indepth.I will send you WIPs whenever asked and before I enter a new stage or am unsure of anything.Larger changes are possible during the sketch phase.
Smaller changes are possible during the lineart and flat coloring stage.Minor changes are possible from the shading stage on up until 7 days after the commission has been finished.
I am allowed to decline edit requests after the commission has been completed.

Adding another character costs +75% of the first character price.
smaller animals (ex birds, cats) cost 5€ extra.
Bigger animals (ex horses) costs 10€ extra.In References, each time the character would have to be drawn (ex. School uniform, Hero costume) will be counted as an additional character.
